Fixed what others couldn't! ​I cannot recommend Leak Detection 24/7 highly enough. I previously had another contractor come out who spent time on-site but was unable to diagnose the exact source of the leak, leaving me frustrated and stuck. ​Moe from Leak Detection 24/7 was a breath of fresh air. Having a problem with your property is traumatic. However having a swift response can be reassuring. 2 hours after speaking to Leak Detection 24/7, Moe appeared at our house. He was reassuring, polite, and got to work quickly. Clearly competent, he established the problem, found the offending leak and was able to effect a repair in good time, thereby limiting the damage, both from the leak and the access to it. Moe was a reassuring presence through what was a traumatic time and I would wholeheartedly recommend his services.

After a few people dropping out or being unable to identify what was causing a leak in my house, I contacted Leak Detection 24/7 to see if they could help out. Throughout the whole process, they were incredibly helpful with letting me know what would happen on the day, arranging a fallout quickly and answering all my questions. On the day, Moe was able to identify the issue very quickly, gave a detailed run down of the cause, damages, as well as assisting understanding the home insurance process. Could not recommend enough.

Moe recently came to our property to find and repair a leak. He was able to locate the leak very quickly, even though it was underground. Moe was absolutely fantastic at helping me with a complex leak problem in a property I had just bought. As a first time home owner, I was a bit clueless but Moe was so fantastic and gave extremely helpful advice. So glad to have found him!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had the worrying sound of a water leak from under our property, but Moe was very reassuring on the phone and explained that the noise of the leak can travel a long way, and the leak is most likely outside our property. (Our plumber had suggested the leak was under our kitchen, which would have been a nightmare). When Moe came to the property, he was very professional and efficient, carefully explaining the process and reassuring us. With his skill and experience, he quickly identified the exact location of the leaking pipe which was under our driveway. He also explained what to say to our local water board, to ensure we could get the issue resolved quickly. When our water board did come to fix the leak, it was EXACTLY where Moe had said. Thoroughly recommended.

Water was dripping to the lower floor, the water pressure in the boiler was constantly dropping and we had to turn off the tap and turn off the heating system and radiators. It was not clear where the problem was, we were under a lot of pressure. Thank you to Mohammad who came very promptly and found the problem by accurately diagnosing the broken pipe under the tile and by just removing a tile, repaired the broken pipe, worked flawlessly for several hours. He successfully tested the system. Thank you very much.

This company is trustworthy. We've been visited by Mo, who had an impressive understanding of how water works and within half an hour identified not only the cause of the leak in our home but also multiple leak vulnerabilities we had around the bathtub by proving them live. Happy we took his recommendation to open the bathtub panel to make sure there are no additional leaks there, which revealed indeed, yet another leak. We found his service very fair and dependable. He is definitely recommendable. Use him with confidence!

Mo really helped me out in an emergency. I had a water leak somewhere in my central heating pipe system, but it was not visible. I had no heating or hot water for days as the boiler was losing pressure very fast. British gas, who had installed my boiler, basically told me to find a leak detection service. Mo came over as agreed and spent most of the day trying to find the leak. He did find it, was very careful when removing floorboards and once the leak had been clearly located, he was able to quickly repair it. He explained every step and wanted to ensure I understood the process. Thank you Mo!
