Very patient with great communication skills. As well as doing the primary job of tracking down a tricky slow leak, he was mentoring a young teenager as well. It was good to see.
Highly recommend Mo. Not because he guarantees finding the leak, but because he was very pleasant to work with

Moe was truly fantastic. Listened to our concerns and step by step explained the approach he would use and the steps he would take. Answered all our questions clearly and concisely. In other-words a fantastic “bedside manner.” Could not recommend highly enough.

Moe’s knowledge and expertise was brilliant. He was able to quickly detect a leak that home insurance had been unable to find for a year. Home insurance had given false information on the source of the leak, but Moe worked around this and found the true source and resolved it same day with super helpful advice about what to do with remedial works and home insurance next steps. 10/10 would recommend for no fuss leak detection.

Moe, was exceptional in resolving our hidden leak which was causing the pressure to drop on our heating system. He deployed the ‘track & trace’ method to clarify where the issue was and resolved it there and then. He was the ultimate professional and always available to offer advise & answer any questions l had prior to his visit. I would highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. You are a star Moe, thanks again.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Mo came to assess our leak and found it within minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He advised how to get the leak repaired quickly. His team were extremely considerate and respectful of our home and carried out full repairs promptly. We are so relieved to have the leak fixed and guidance to help claim on the house insurance. Mo is very friendly and his team are so good at what they do!
