As our customer, you can be confident that Leak Detection 24/7 will conduct the leak detection survey quickly and effectively, without causing any damage to your property.
After completing your Leak Detection Survey, Payment is taken from the customer and you will receive a comprehensive (Trace and access) water leak detection report, including
photographs and detailed recommendations on how to best address the problem.
Whats covered?
Insurance policies typically do not cover the cost of the actual leak repair, as this is considered an improvement. Making A Claim
Some insurance policies require evidence of water damage in order to make a Trace and Access claim. While signs such as peeling paint, bubbling walls, or warped flooring may be visible, many properties show no obvious damage.
In 99% of cases, leaks cause underlying dampness, which is considered water damage and must be properly dried. As part of our service, we provide a comprehensive written report, including photographs of any water damage and detailed moisture readings, to confirm the presence of dampness. This documentation ensures you have all the information required to support your insurance claim efficiently.

Once a leak is detected, it should validate an 'Escape of Water' insurance claim. A long-term
